The Bernice Culver Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the Bernice Culver Memorial Scholarship is to honor the legacy of Bernice Culver and her philanthropic wishes by providing scholarships to Westminster High School graduates attending accredited nursing programs or pursuing careers in the arts who meet the established criteria.
